Luminate Lexington presented by Kentucky Utilities

Head to Triangle Park on December 1st, and join us for our annual Holiday Lighting Festival presented by Baird! Lexington’s Christmas Tree will be lit with beautiful bright lights, and Lexington’s Hanukkah Menorah will shine ahead of the festival. Plus, community choirs will sing festive songs which are sure to put everyone in the holiday spirit!

Schedule of events:
1 p.m-9 p.m – The Rink at Triangle Park will be open
3 p.m. – Live music and vendors, including I Want Tacos at Triangle Park Cafe, Bluegrass Kettle Masters, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, Beverly Ann’s cookies and freeze dried candy! Enjoy free face painting for all ages!
6 p.m. – Hanukkah songs and Menorah presentation with Jewish Federation of the Bluegrass and Santa comes to Triangle Park to light the tree followed by Christmas carols with The Lexington Singers

While you’re at the Holiday Lighting Festival, you can also enjoy the unique experience of ice skating in the heart of #downtownlex at the Rink at Triangle Park! More information on the rink is available under the events tab.

Santa Claus is coming to (down)town! The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited!

We hope you’ll join us on December 7th at 11 am for the Downtown Lexington Holiday Parade presented by Commonwealth Credit Union! The parade will feature a variety of organizations, bands, floats, and of course, Santa himself! More information coming soon!
